BetterlyMD invites you to connect with us via the
Spruce Health app.

For existing patients only.

  1. Click the link below to visit the BetterlyMD Spruce Health profile.

  2. Follow the directions to download the Spruce Health app to your smartphone device and create an account.

  3. Once you create an account, you will be able to send secure messages to Dr. Betterly.

When to use Spruce Health secure messaging:

If you have a routine question, such as a request for medication refills or appointment rescheduling, please send Dr. Betterly a secure message.

Dr. Betterly will make every effort to get back to you within one business day.

Please be aware that routine medication refills are only provided during the practice’s regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 3PM). Dr. Betterly is careful to provide refills to last until the time of your next visit so that you don’t have to worry about running out.

When NOT to use Spruce Health secure messaging:

If you have an urgent medical question, such as a serious reaction to medication, please call Dr. Betterly via phone at 954-953-5675. Do not use secure messaging.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, including thoughts of suicide or homicide, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Secure messaging should NEVER be used for emergencies.
